Meeting called to order by President Mike May (KF4FMQ) at 1930 hours EST.
Attendees: 10 attending members of 39 total: (A quorum was present.)

Past Activities Report:
o Previous VEC Testing was: Saturday, 27 JUL 2024 at The American Legion Post 46
building, 45 Spears Lane, Danville, KY.
o Previous WRARC hybrid monthly club meeting was on Tuesday, 22 OCT 2024 (4th
Tuesday of month) at 1900L and business session starting at 1930L at The American
Legion Post 46 building, 45 Spears Lane, Danville and via ZOOM.
o Previous WRARC Coffee Social was canceled for Friday, 1 NOV 2024 (1st Friday of month)
at 0900L via ZOOM.
o Previous AMLEG Post 46 D-STAR NET (1st Monday of month) was on 4 NOV 2024 (1st
Monday of month) at 2000L hours.
o Previous monthly general meeting of The American Legion Boyle Post 46 was 1900L
hours on Tuesday, 5 NOV 2024 (1st Tuesday of month) was canceled.
o Previous Club Activity: A Foxhunt Contest on 9 NOV 2024 at 1700Z (1300L).
o Previous Weekly WRARC OTA club net was conducted each Wednesday evening at
2000L on the club’s 2m Repeater.
Old Business:
o WRARC Club Dues. Annual club dues for 2025 are now being accepted.
o WRARC ELECTIONS. Club elections are to be held in November for Club Officers.
o Halloween party at AMLEG. See https://kypost46.org/ for details.
o On the Saturday before Thanksgiving, Post 46 will provide a free Thanksgiving meal at
the AMLEG building at 1730L.
o WRARC ball caps have been ordered and will be here soon. $25. Let Harold know if you
want one.
o No WRARC monthly meeting for Dec 2024.
New Business:
o WRARC Club Dues. Annual club dues for 2025 are now being accepted.
Full Legion members are $40 and can be paid online with a credit card at
www.legion.org and click on “Renew”.
Sons of the American Legion are $20 and can be paid by check.
Legion Associate members are $20 and can be paid by check.
All checks should be made out to “The American Legion Post 46” and mailed to
Ken Douglass, 108 Chandler Drive, Danville, KY 40422.

both Tx CTCSS & Rx CTCSS). [LESS CHRISTMAS DAY].
o Next AMLEG Post 46 D-STAR NET (1st Monday of month) is 2000L on 2 DEC 2024 on
REF56C via our local D-STAR repeater KM4OON, +5 MHz offset, 444.2375 MHz & no PL
tones.

Tuesday, 3 DEC 2024 (1st Tuesday of the month).
